HEALTHY SOYA SOUP
Healthy soya soup
It is a healthy soup named in tamil as "kanji".It tastes really good and appetizing.My kids love to have this soup for breakfast.It has more nutritive value and good for diabetic patients too.It's very simple to make...
Ingredients:
curd-2tbsp
Method:
Soak soya pulses overnight and grind with water to a smooth paste and strain well.
In a nonstick pan heat the soyamilk till it boils add curd,lemonjuice to the soup mix well cook till the soup thickens.then add in salt,pepper pr,sugar mix well and serve hot or cold.
